I led a time-sensitive mitigation project that required rerouting the entire supply flow through Dubai while ensuring zero production downtime. The initiative covered 3,300+ part numbers across L1, L2, and L3 suppliers, coordinating with more than 20 vendors and executing the full cycle—from analysis to delivery—within an accelerated 4–5 week window.
